Pricing questions
No. Every plan is paid from the first day, billed monthly or annually by card. You can cancel from Settings at any time and your plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
No. Plans are priced by brands or sites analysed and queries per run. The account type only changes what reports lead with.
Runs still complete with the queries already configured. Adding more prompts asks you to upgrade or remove some.
Page benchmark and performance audits have a daily cap per plan because we fetch and render competitor pages. Every plan also includes a monthly allowance for AI processing; "unlimited" items are subject to that allowance and to fair use (Terms, section 5.9).
Yes. The prices shown include UK VAT. The tax that applies to you is worked out at checkout from your billing address and shown on your invoice; business customers can add a VAT number.
Any time. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades at the end of the billing period.
